Our workshops are designed for organizations who have employees, students, or associates who want to understand anger management and how it shows up in their environments. This program is great because it offers our 12 module program in 6 hours of learning time. You will have an overview of what anger is, take assessments, learn how our which part of our brains keeps us in a anger state and how to come out of it. You will also learn calm techniques. We will discuss destructive thinking styles, assertive communication, conflict resolution, and how to use mindfulness techniques to refocus our energy. You will have the opportunity to participate in activities as well as group role plays to get live and direct interventions.
